• Led & designed a series of PDP feature enhancements that increased RPV by more than 1.2%, equivalent to nearly $10 million annually
• Established user flows and designed alternative image displays on product listing pages, which increased annual revenue by $7 million
• Contributed to international and responsive enhancements of our newly-launched Bra Fit Quiz
• Key UAT partner in our migration to React, allowing for quicker page load time

In 2021, I was promoted to this role. As the sole UX Designer since early 2021, my primary responsibility was to lead UX, UI, IxD, and research initiatives across 4 e-commerce products including
• Key contributor to the development and launch of 2 international sites
• Led the strategy, flows, and design of our order status lookup feature which decreased order status calls to customer service by 83%
• Designed a back-in-stock notification experience and emails, which had a conversion of 20% upon launch

In this role, I created user-centric design solutions for 2+ websites.
• Contributed as a UAT partner in our e-commerce replatform to Shopify for 2 websites
• Established a design system that decreased the turn-around time of UX design tasks, improved collaboration with developers, and guided our creative partners
• Designed an on-site search experience enhancement which contributed to a 33% increase in CSAT scores

In August 2019, I founded AIGA at Penn College and was elected as President. In this role, I grew the team, established a connection with the Student Activities Office, wrote the constitution and bylaws, led group meetings, actively promoted AIGA, and collaboratively organized effective events.
